Mr. Steele has been involved in numerous high threat situations, involving firearm apprehensions, shootings and extreme violence, including the 2013 Boston Marathon Bombing.
From a personal protection standpoint, Mr. Steele has provided
security for a number of high level clients, including, assisting the Secret Service with security details for at least 4 Presidential visits, Facebook Inc., Euro Pro, LLC. (shark vacuum and Ninja blender), John Legend Touring, Meghan Trainor Touring, His holiness the 17th Karmapa, to name a few.

Personal Protection Specialist
Elias Palacios is a Personal Protection Specialist with a 4 Dan black belt, in the Brazilian Impact Team Federation (BITF), with over 20 years of MMA experience. Elias began training at a young age, under Master Diovani Aparicio. BITF is a hybrid mixed martial arts style, consisting of Karate, Muay Thai, Boxing, Judo, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He has lived in Curitiba, Brazil and has fought professionally. Elias has trained several fighters and has worked with veteran UFC fighters, including Jorge Rivera, Kenny Florian, and Sam Stout.
Elias continued to train and hone his skills, under Masters Kru Mark Dellagroti, Edwin Curet and Frank Diorio, to name a few, which he was able to incorporate into executive protection. From working in different venues throughout the City of Boston, combined with Elias’ leadership ability and humility, he was able to showcase his talents as a Personal Protection Specialist. Elias has exceptional crowd control skills in public, but has also shown a level of calmness, when dealing with clients and families.
Therefore, he’s had the honor of working with top tier clients such as Mark Wahlberg, Shaquille O’neal, Ne-yo, Omarion, and Jeremih, to name a few. Elias’ skill, integrity, dedication, and humility, makes him an excellent asset to any client, in the entertainment or Corporate world.
